Raneece Buddan strives to reconnect to her ancestors through her work. As a Jamaican woman, she hails from both Afro and Indo-Caribbean roots. Blending textile, ceramics, portraiture and sculpture, she captures beauty, weaving together the connection, traditions and memories that can be lost between generations.
