Bonnie held these acts of resistance close to her heart, alongside her hopes for peace. As each thread was wound, Bonnie held resolve and hope as her twin intentions. And according to tradition, as each knot was tied, she sent out a wish for peace, for her family, community, country and most importantly for the people of Ukraine.
