Bead an Orange Shirt Day Pin

Learn the basics of beading using the single-needle technique to make your own Orange Shirt Day pin and learn about its significance. All materials will be provided, and no experience is required. The course will include a one-hour lunch break. 

September 30 is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. It is an opportunity for Canadians to reflect on the historical and ongoing impacts of the Residential School System and honour both the survivors and the children who never made it home.
